CRM lead events

Create a dedicated webhook in your workspace’s Integrations section. Send the new lead to that URL. The webhook is associated with the configured account and campaign.

  1. Configure the workspace. Confirm the caller number, agent brief and calling capacity.
  2. Create the webhook. Use a dedicated connection for this CRM workflow.
  3. Send a test lead. Verify phone formatting, ownership and the returned result.
  4. Review before rollout. Inspect the lead, call outcome, records and integration behavior.
EXAMPLE LEAD PAYLOAD
{
  "name": "Example Lead",
  "phone": "<lead-mobile-number>"
}

Use the full webhook URL supplied in your own workspace. Keep it private. This example contains no live credentials.

Calling readiness still matters.

A received lead can be saved without a call when the workspace has no caller number, credits or available provider capacity. Test the response handling before using real CRM traffic.

WhatsApp needs its own event flow.

Sending a message and detecting an incoming reply are different capabilities. Confirm the provider’s API and incoming event support when scoping follow-up automation.

Have a different CRM or API?

Share your API documentation and required trigger with our team. We confirm the integration and its boundaries before implementation.
