Start with one clearly defined conversation.

Write down why the agent is calling, what it may say and what your team wants to learn. A focused business brief is easier to test than a long prompt with several unrelated goals.

Give the agent approved facts.

Include your business name, relevant services, opening hours and the next action your team can actually take. State what the agent should do when information is missing.

Configure the number and calling plan.

Your workspace needs a configured caller number, an agreed voice setup and available credits. Opening an account alone does not activate calling.

Test the conversation on a real call.

Check the greeting, response to corrections, speaking pace, pronunciation, interruptions and ending. Compare the transcript with the recording.

Review the result before a campaign.

Confirm that the desired information was captured and that calling records and billing look correct. Begin with a small eligible lead list before expanding your calling volume.
